Please note: The Windows internal extract utility does not support password protected ZIP files in all cases. If you encounter a problem extracting the downloaded zip file we recommend using a free third-party application such as 7-zip (http://www.7-zip.org).

Your Customer Id is located in Vericut. Go to the Help menu item and select License. At the top of the License page you will see your Customer Id #.
